Program Details
Our adult training program is run by our highly educated professionals who have trained well over 1,000 individuals over the years.​
​
We work with all physical ability levels, individuals with disease, pain, injuries, and special conditions that can be helped, resolved, or alleviated via exercise. The schedule is as follows;

Mondays | 6:00AM - 10:00AM, 4:30PM - 6:30PM
Tuesdays | 7:30AM - 10:00AM, 4:30PM -6:15PM
Wednesdays | 6:00AM - 10:00AM, 4:30PM - 6:30PM
Thursdays | 7:30AM - 10:00AM, 4:30PM -6:15PM
Fridays | 6:00AM - 10:00AM
Saturdays | 9:00-11:00AM (Open Gym/Make Up Day)

Limited Class Packs
Our Limited Class Pack option provides you access to two of our class services. Both our HIIT Classes and our Mobility Classes can be purchased one at a time or with discounted class pack options.​
