WHAT IS ATHLETE'S EDGE?
Athlete's edge are training camps focused on building strong, fast, powerful, mobile, and well-conditioned athletes.
With boys-only and girls-only training camps, each athlete gets what they need, individually, to reach their desired potential.
Ranging from 1-week to 6-weeks long, Athlete's Edge Training Camps teach, guide, and build the freakiest athletes in Central New York.
SESSION DURATION: 60-90 Minutes
TRAINING DAYS PER WEEK: 3 Mandatory, 2-3 optional
PROGRAM LENGTH: Between 1 to 8 Weeks
GOALS: Muscle & Strength, cardiovascular fitness, general health and wellness, speed, power, flexibility, coordination
