SPEED & STRENGTH CAMP

Summer time Speed, Agility, Strength & Power Training Camp for Youth, Teens, & College Aged athletes & non-athletes.

SPEED, AGILITY, POWER & STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM FOR KIDS FROM ANY BACKGROUND

Kids & Teens from any background, athletic or not, participate in strength & power training sessions on weight room days where they learn safe technique and train with methods appropriate for their age and level of development. 

On Speed & Agility Days, we meet at Everest Park to run drills geared toward getting faster, more explosive, and well conditioned for general health & fitness along with performance.

CAMP DETAILS

Camp Dates: July 5th - August 19th, 2022

Camp Costs: Varying Prices for different schedules & budgets.

Camp Days: Monday-Thursday

Strength & Speed Camp will run 2-4 days per week with a mix of speed, agility, conditioning, power, and strength training days held at our gym in Skaneateles, NY. 

Participants may opt-in for 2-4 days of training per week allowing for a variety of pricing options to fit your budget. 

Training will last between 60-90 minutes per session. 

Along with the training, itself, participants will be held accountable to nutritional habits designed to fuel their training, improve their performance and body composition, and to teach them healthy habits for life.
