In our Adult Training program, you will be guided through an individualized training plan suited to your specific goals, needs and level of ability. The workouts are run in a small group environment under the guidance of our Coaches, who also happen to be Chiropractors. We work with individuals who are in pain, have nagging injuries, who want to be more fit, stronger, healthier, and more resilient.

"SSC was recommended to me as a place to seek help for back and hip pain that was debilitating.  Although it seemed counterintuitive to lift weights with this type of pain, I was willing to try anything.
In the following months, I not only experienced gentle, steady attention to my specific issues and recovery, but I also witnessed an uplifting, no pun intended, experience and atmosphere at the gym.
