WHAT WILL BE COVERED
This seminar will prepare athletes to build tremendous strength and power for next season. It will be coached by Strength & Conditioning Coach - Dan Flanick. Dan has a decade of experience coaching athletes ranging from middle schoolers to Power 5 Division I athletes at Baylor University along with Cornell University. His family is a football family having had an uncle play for the Dallas Cowboys and a brother who played for Army.
This clinic will help athletes set themselves apart from their competition.
Through the 90-120 minute session, we will go over 6 basic exercises that makeup the basis for any effective strength training program. (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Military Press, Chin Ups, and Rows)
As a part of the dynamic warm up, we will go over a handful of basic speed drills that can easily be implemented by the athletes on their own.
Participants will be instructed on proper exercise technique & weight room safety.
They will learn how to avoid common errors in each of the movement we cover along with avoiding common ways people get injured when training.
Athletes will be sent home with a training program they can use as a guide to continue training.

"What I can tell you from my experience is that Dan and Jeff are two of the best coaches I have ever had. Jeff, who is also a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine, has helped me focus on the rehabilitation of a knee injury that kept me from training for thirteen weeks. Jeff's patience and knowledge helped to make my knee stronger and gave me the confidence I needed to start training again without the nagging worry of my knee failing me. I am forever grateful for the time Jeff and I spent one on one together!"
