Program Details
Girls Power Hour is a female-only program run by a female Coach.
It is focused on providing a safe, comfortable environment where young women can learn to train, lift weights, and develop a healthy relationship with physical fitness.

This class is open to athletes, non-athletes, and anyone in between.
Program Focus:

Improving general health, fitness, and physical function

Enhancing mobility & flexibility

Increasing speed, agility, endurance, and stamina

Building strength and muscle mass

Improving balance, coordination, and joint health
