Program Details

Girls Power Hour is a female-only program run by a female Coach.


It is focused on providing a safe, comfortable environment where young women can learn to train, lift weights, and develop a healthy relationship with physical fitness.

This class is open to athletes, non-athletes, and anyone in between.

Program Focus:

  • Improving general health, fitness, and physical function

  • Enhancing mobility & flexibility

  • Increasing speed, agility, endurance, and stamina

  • Building strength and muscle mass

  • Enhancing body composition

  • Improving balance, coordination, and joint health

  • Making fitness fun through training in a positive, family oriented program

  • Being a part of a positive, encouraging community of peers who lift each other up
