Training programs designed, organized, and run for females by females.

WHAT IS GIRLS POWER HOUR?

Girls Power Hour is the program we wish we had as young women learning to be confident in their own skin.

Taking place in 4-8 week cycles around the school calendar, Girls Power Hour is designed for young women who want to train to be strong, fit and healthy in an environment surrounded by supportive female role models.

 

It does not matter if you have ever stepped foot in a weight room or your years into training, girls power hour is home for females who use exercise to build their minds and bodies.

PROGRAM DETAILS

SESSION DURATION: 45-60 Minutes

TRAINING DAYS PER WEEK: 2 Mandatory, 1 optional

PROGRAM LENGTH: Ongoing

GOALS: Muscle & Strength, cardiovascular fitness, general health and wellness, speed, power, flexibility, coordination
