Fitness Level:

This program is for those who somewhat regularly exercise and or regularly perform physical activity. Whether your job requires physicality or you are a somewhat recreational athlete.

Program Focus:

- Improving general health & fitness

- Building muscle utilizing a variety of rep ranges

- Gaining strength

- Decreasing bodyfat percentage

- Improving flexibility

-Enhancing cardiovascular endurance and health

Equipment Needs:

- Dumbbells needed

-Lat Pull-down (Not needed, but ideal!)

- Space to walk, run and or jog

- If you have cardiovascular exercise machines, that's a plus!

Follow along with our training program with no interaction with our coaches. 

This is our most basic and affordable plan. 

We write the training, you just follow along.

Standard Membership


Billed every month

With our Standard Membership, our Coaches will adjust the training program to suite your needs & situation. 

They will make videos, answer questions on a weekly basis, and be there for you as a resource as you go through the training programs.

Premium Membership


Billed every month

Our Premium Membership is a 1-on-1 Online training experience with a coach fully assigned to you. 

They will breakdown your exercise techniques weekly and ensure you are performing movements correctly.

Your program will be 100% customized to you and your exact situation.

This is our highest touch online service.


What happens if I miss a workout?

You have options here... If you want, you can just workout 2-days back-to-back to make up for the missed workout. Or you can simply move on and keep chipping away at future workouts!

What if I don't have some of the equipment that's not on the program?

If you think you are choosing the right program (Bulletproofed, Bodyweight Master, Hell's Bells, etc.), but you are missing some equipment, just message your coach through the app and one of us will get back to you with adjustments that can be made.

What if I have a special condition, have injuries, and or chronic pain? Is this right for me?

You should consult a doctor prior to beginning any exercise regimen. If you're cleared by your doctor, you might want to try a customized programming option. You can email us at for a custom program build.

What if I haven't worked out ever or in years?

In the workouts, there are directions on how to adjust your workouts according to where you are in your fitness journey. You can simply scale the workouts to match where you are now.
