Adult Training Groups
Make the time to train with a customized workout experience. Our adult groups follow a program that is tailored, personalized, and adjusted to each individual to ensure the appropriate training for each participant.
Specialized Training is for individuals in pain, those with chronic conditions that can be alleviated or resolved with exercise, people who are in the later stages of life or those who require a more individualized approach to their training for a specific reason.
Youth & Teen Training Groups
Age & developmentally appropriate training for boys & girls of all ages. Through learning proper technique & safe training protocols, Athletes & non-athletes, alike, train in a positive community of young people who want to grow strong, muscular, fit, and more confident in themselves.
Tried & true weight loss specific HIIT classes focused on improving strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, building muscle and decreasing bodyfat percentage.
This is the best place to strength train! Jeff, Dan and Taylor are all amazing strength trainers and really awesome people! This gym is a positive and welcoming environment that is for all different fitness levels and abilities. I have learned so much about lifting here and couldn’t imagine training anywhere else!

What I can tell you from my experience is that Dan and Jeff are two of the best coaches I have ever had. Jeff, who is also a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine, has helped me focus on the rehabilitation of a knee injury that kept me from training for thirteen weeks. Jeff's patience and knowledge helped to make my knee stronger and gave me the confidence I needed to start training again without the nagging worry of my knee failing me.
