WHAT IS LEAN & MEAN?
Lean & Mean is an 8-week kick-starter program designed with training methods, exercises, and protocols geared toward losing body fat, increasing strength, and building a lean, muscular body.
Running several times a year, Lean & Mean is one of our most popular training programs for beginners through advanced exercisers.
Lean & Mean isn't a quick fix program, it's a foundational training program with the goal of building the habits and teaching you the process you need to achieve a body that looks and performs the way you desire.

PROGRAM DETAILS
NEXT CLASS START DATE: January 3rd, 2022
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: December 31st, 2021
SESSION DURATION: 60 Minutes
TRAINING DAYS PER WEEK: 2-3 Mandatory, 2-3 optional
