Weight training technique and safety seminar for kids and adults who want to train safely and correctly.

What should you wear?:

Athletic shorts and hard, flat sneakers if you own a pair. 

How long will the seminar go?:

Depending on how many registrants there are, it should go anywhere between 120-150 minutes.

WHAT WILL BE COVERED

Through the 120-150 minute session, we will go over 6 basic exercises that makeup the basis for any effective strength training program. (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Military Press, Chin Ups, and Rows)

Participants will be instructed on proper exercise technique & weight room safety. 

They will learn how to avoid common errors in each of the movement we cover along with avoiding common ways people get injured when training.

Attendees will be sent home with a beginner training program they can use as a guide to continue training.
