Utilizing mindfulness meditation techniques can have a spill over effect into many aspects of your life by helping you manage and reflect on your emotions in a healthy, productive manner.

 

James Garofalo, LAc (Licensed Acupuncturist & Chinese Medicine expert) will be your guide through this process of developing a lifelong tool for psychological well-being.

Meet James Garofalo, LAc

After 11 years serving in the US Air Force as a translator of Mandarin & Cantonese and 10 years as a high level CrossFit Coach James decided to attend Ithaca College to achieve an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science.

Following his undergrad, Jim combined his two backgrounds and earned a Master's in Chinese Medicine & Herbal remedies along with becoming a Licensed Acupuncturist. He is a guide for others and leads them down personal paths of pain management and relief, self-acceptance, and utilizing lifestyle factors to treat a plethora of ailments & concerns.

James will be your guide through the Meditation practice to help you achieve a consistent, regular practice to enhance your life through helping you enhance your internal well-being.
