The practice of Qi Gong can have a tremendous impact on your mental, physical and spirituality.

 

James Garofalo, LAc (Licensed Acupuncturist & Chinese Medicine expert) will be your guide through this process of developing a lifelong tool for psychological well-being.​

The Program Focuses on;

  • Consistently practicing getting into "Flow" for improving mental health & managing the stress, anxieties, and depressions that can make life so much more challenging

  • Deep diving into your mind and body connection, and increasing your physical and mental performance

  • Learning practices to slow your racing mind and reduce the negative effects of stress while better preparing your body to tackle every day life.

Meet James Garofalo, LAc

After 11 years serving in the US Air Force as a translator of Mandarin & Cantonese and 10 years as a high level CrossFit Coach James decided to attend Ithaca College to achieve an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science.

Following his undergrad, Jim combined his two backgrounds and earned a Master's in East Asian Medicine & Herbal remedies along with becoming a Licensed Acupuncturist. He is a guide for others and leads them down personal paths of pain management and relief, self-acceptance, and utilizing lifestyle factors to treat a plethora of ailments & concerns.

James will be your guide through the Meditation practice to help you achieve a consistent, regular practice to enhance your life through helping you enhance your internal well-being.
