3x/week training: $499
2x/week training: $399
**Prices listed are for the entire 8-week program***
This program will run 8-weeks beginning on June 26th and ongoing throughout the Summer.
It is for 12 year old to 18 year old participants.
The SAPS training schedule will be;
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays between 10:00AM-12:00PM.
There will be Girls Only sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:00-11:00AM.
Most Saturdays will have makeup sessions if you need to miss or are going away on vacation.
Training is designed to enhance speed, agility, power and strength (SAPS). The methods, exercises, and training protocols will be designed with age appropriate and developmentally safe modalities.
Speed mechanics to enhance efficiency in sprinting technique
Building strength & muscle with safe exercise techniques
Agility & Power training via plyometrics and a variety of fun drills
Exercises and protocols to reduce risks for injuries that may happen in sport and or life
Flexibility & mobility to enhance general movement capability
