WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB

Our year-round after school & summer training program for teenagers.

WHAT IS WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB?

Weightlifting Club is a rolling program dedicated toward teaching and instilling healthy exercise habits in the youth of our community.

Taking place 3 days a week right after school, kids involved in this program become a part of a supportive community of their peers and coaches who help them achieve stronger, fitter, healthier lifestyles.

Strength club is ongoing and works around the school calendar. It continues into the summer and participants may start and stop at any time.

PROGRAM DETAILS

SESSION DURATION: 45-60 Minutes

TRAINING DAYS PER WEEK: 2-3 Mandatory, 1 optional

PROGRAM LENGTH: Ongoing

GOALS: Muscle & Strength, cardiovascular fitness, general health and wellness, speed, power, flexibility, coordination
