Learn Technique.

Every class has a technique component geared so the participants learn a wide variety of correct and safe exercise techniques. 

Develop healthy outlooks.

Growing up with social media and a "comparison culture" is very difficult on young, developing minds. Our Coaches work hard to be positive influences and teach young men healthy mindsets toward their bodies and self-esteem.

Develop self-confidence.

Strength training is shown to improve young men's self-perception and help feel more confident in their own bodies. Combine strength training with positive role models and you end up with a very encouraging, healthy environment for boys to get strong and healthy.

Nutritional guidance.

Through the use of social media and texting, Coaches hold participants accountable to sending images of their meals to develop healthy nutritional habits.
