Program Details
Our After School & Summer training program is open to youth & teens from 12 years old and up.
The focus with this program is to safely train for overall health as the foundation along with speed, agility, strength, flexibility, and power.
The fitness and physical activity is one aspect of this program. The other important focus is on building community, friendships, positive ways to push one another, and an enjoyment of exercise, training, and working hard toward goals.
This program is open to kids of ALL athletic abilities. Whether you're a musician or a D1 athlete, all are welcome.
