Setting up your Account to Book with Us
To be able to book a cage on our software, you must be 18 or older.
However, you only need a guardian with you at the facility if you are under the age of 16.
Cage Rental Hours (Beginning April 2024!)
Tuesdays/Thursdays 4:00-6:00PM
Saturdays: 9:00-11:00AM

Cage Rental Costs:
$30.00 Per Hour
Participant Age & Numbers:
All individuals under the age of 16 must have an adult (18+) present. We limit each cage to 3-people total per lane, including an adult. This is to ensure maximum safety.
Age Requirements:
For individuals over 16, you do not need an adult (18+) present. For individuals under 16 years old you need an adult with you.
Cage size, Equipment & Machines:
Please bring your own helmets and bats. We do have a limited amount of extra helmets, buy you are best off bringing your own equipment.
There are no machines included with the cages.
Each cage is 14' wide x 45' long.
Attire & Courtesy Rules:
No cleats are allowed on the turf. Please no gum, seeds, food or drinks on the turf, whatsoever.
FAQs
How many people can you bring?
To ensure safety, each cage can have 3 participants. For those under the age of 16, this includes an adult. Therefore, you can have 2-kids per cage and one adult. For those over the age of 16, you can also have 3 participants, but do not need an adult present.
What if you want to bring more than 2-Kids?
For now, the best option is to reserve 2-cages.
How long do you have the cage for?
You have 1-hour to use the cage.
Do the cages have pitching machines?
No, these cages are for throwing batting practice to your ball players.
What equipment do you need to bring?
All batters must have a helmet. You will also want to bring your own bat. We do have a few extra helmets, but we strongly recommend bringing your own.
Please, no cleats on the turf. Sneakers or turf shoes. No open toe shoes, either. Keep your feet safe.
How big is the batting cage?
We have 4 cages, each of which are 45' x 14'. They are great for little leaguer pitching practice (we have 1-mound you can use), but they are ideal for batting practice for all ages.
How old do you need to be to use the cage without an adult?
16 or older.
Can I wear cleats on the turf?
No. Please no cleats, gum, seeds, or anything on the turf that you wouldn't put on the floor at your own home.
How long do these credits last?
Credits purchased are good for 1 year from the date you purchased them.
Are there refunds for credits you don't use?
No, the credits are good for one whole year so there will be plenty of opportunity to utilize your sessions.
How far out in advance can I book a cage?
You can reserve a cage up to a week in advance.
What if the slots are filled?
We have several times throughout the week you can book. If they are all filled, please email info@skanstrength.com. We will continue to expand our times and offerings as we grow!
