Class Overview

Join us for our new Midday Recharge Yoga Classes - a blissful hour dedicated to revitalizing your mind and body. Led by Marietta Bolster, otherwise known as "Mer," these classes will guide you through mindful practices and an all-levels yoga sequence aimed at releasing tension and awakening your body. Conclude with a peaceful shavasana to energize you for the rest of your day!


This 6-week series begins on Tuesday, June 11th, and Thursday, June 13th. Classes run every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-1 pm at our new Treehouse location upstairs, where yoga mats will be provided. Drop-in rates and discounted class packs for 6 or 12 sessions are available. Non-refundable purchases can be transferred to another individual.

***We have Yoga mats available for you, however, you are of course welcome to bring your own!

Marietta Bolster

Yoga Instructor

Marietta (Mer) Bolster finished her Yoga Teacher Training in 2010 with Corepower Yoga while residing in San Diego, California. Since then, she has been imparting her passion for yoga, movement, breath-work, mindfulness, leadership, and more across the nation from the west coast to the east coast. Originally from Skaneateles, Mer is now raising her own family in her hometown and is thrilled to bring her yoga classes and wisdom to our community at SkanStrength.
